Best Time to Visit Kasbah Tamadot
Kasbah Tamadot is best seen in the spring (March to May) and fall (September to November), when the weather is nice and warm enough for hikes and other outdoor activities. Even though it’s hot in the summer, the higher elevation keeps it cooler than Marrakech. The mountains are covered in snow in the winter, and the weather is cooler. The most comfortable and fun times to visit are during these shoulder seasons.
How to Get to Kasbah Tamadot
The Kasbah Tamadot is in the Atlas Mountains, close to the town of Asni. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to drive there from Marrakech. Most people from other countries land at Marrakech Menara Airport, making it easy to get to the Kasbah. People from Casablanca or Essaouira can take a train, bus, or plane to get to Marrakech and then continue to the Kasbah.
